采用熔体共混法制备了聚乙烯/二硼化钛导电复合材料。研究了不同工艺条件对PE/TiB2复合体系室温电阻率、PTC强度的影响及成因。并从组织结构方面研究了工艺对PTC性能的影响。结果表明,制备良好性能的PE/TiB2复合材料的最佳模压条件是:模压压力为6~12 MPa,模压温度为150℃~170℃,模压时间选用15分钟,模压后的冷却时间为30分钟。
The PE/TiB2 electric conductive composites were prepared by melting blending process. The in-fluences and causes of process on the room-temperature resistivity, positive temperature coeffi-cient (PTC) of PE/TiB2 composites were investigated. The results show that the composites have better properties after molded with 6 - 12 MPa at 150˚C - 170˚C for 15 min, followed by cooling for 30 min.
