冯起,中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所研究员,博士生导师。国家杰出青年基金获得者、中国科学院“百人计划”入选者。国家级“新世纪百千万人才工程”入选者、得国务院政府津贴。中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所水文土壤资源研究室主任,阿拉善生态水文试验研究站站长,中科院内陆河流域生态水文重点实验室副主任。
