基本情况
蔺永诚,博士,中南大学Central South University(CSU)教授,博士生导师,国际学术期刊《Materials
& Design》(英国)和《Journal of Materials: Design and Applications》(英国)编委,中国机械工程协会高级会员,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。担任了ICTP 2008, ISCMII&EPMESCXII, ICMSE2009, ISMST2010, ICAMMP2010, ICMSE2011, AEMT2011, EESD2011, ICAMM2011, MPMT2011, ISMST2011等10余次国际学术会议组委会成员或分会场主席。目前负责国家973子课题一项、国家自然科学基金一项。曾负责973子课题一项、中国博士后科学基金一等奖、中国博士后科学基金特别资助、中南大学科学研究基金和博士后科学基金,参与相关科研课题8项。获湖南省科技进步一等奖、湖南省青年骨干教师、教育部新世纪优秀人才等荣誉称号。
研究领域
高性能合金构件/材料一体化制造(材料热加工过程中的流变特性与本构描述、微观组织演变规律、构件内部缺陷的演变、加工过程的有限元模拟)、构件/材料蠕变-疲劳-断裂、微电子封装工艺与器件可靠性等

在国内外重要学术期刊,及国际学术会议上发表论文90余篇,被SCI收录54篇次、被EI收录90余篇次,他引600余篇次(其中SCI他引420余篇次)。
