摘要: 近些年来，变电站的智能化改造工程施工，给变电站的安全运行带来的较多隐患，引发的事故也较多。为保证技改期间变电站的运行安全和施工安全，则要及时、有针对性对技改施工中存在安全隐患及危险点源分析，并一一作出相应对策。

Abstract: In recent years, the project construction of substation intelligent reconstruction brings more hidden troubles to the safe operation of transformer substation and results in many accidents. In order to ensure the safety of operation and construction in transformer substation, hidden troubles and dangerous sources in the process of project construction should be timely and pertinently analyzed, and corresponding measures should be made as well.
