    The Effect of Community Health Management on the Risk Factors of Stroke

摘要:

目的:探讨健康管理对脑卒中患者危险因素的影响,达到二级预防的目的。方法:将140例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为管理组(n = 70)和对照组(n = 70),管理组进行健康管理,包括在饮食、用药、功能锻炼等方面进行指导和干预,在第1、3、6个月后分别记录两组患者危险因素的各项指标,并进行比较。结果:管理组和对照组在前期和管理3个月后的脑卒中危险因素比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);当实施社区健康管理干预6个月后的脑卒中患者的血压、血糖、肝功能、肾功能、凝血功能、血脂等危险因素与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:社区健康管理可降低脑卒中患者的危险因素。

Objective: To explore the influence of health management on the risk factors of stroke patients, and to achieve the goal of secondary prevention. Methods: The 140 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into management group (n = 70) and control group (n = 70). Health management was carried out in management group, including the diet, medication and exercise on stroke secondary prevention knowledge of the guidance and intervention. Indicators of stroke risk factors in the two groups of patients were recorded after 1, 3 and 6 months and compared. Results: There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) in stroke risk factors between management group and the control group before and after 3 months management. 6 months after health management, significant difference was found in blood pressure, blood glucose, liver function, renal function, coagulation function and blood fat compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Community health management can reduce the risk factors of stroke patients.
