摘要:

直招士官任职培训是直招士官生长路线中的重要环节,对其部队任职能力有效形成作用极其重要。直招士官任职培训采用“训练机构入伍训练 + 部队院校专业训练”两阶段模式,培训时间4至6个月不等。目前任职培训存在军政素质训练强度不足、职业养成熏陶不够和专业训练质量不高等问题,需采取对策予以解决。

Direct recruiting sergeant for training is an important link of straight recruiting sergeant growth path. It is extremely important in the formation of the troops serving ability. Direct recruiting sergeant for training uses “training institutions to army training and college professional training” two-phase model, the training time ranging from 4 to 6 months. Now training military has some problems in political quality of the training intensity deficiencies, cultivation of professional ex-posure and professional training quality; it needs to take countermeasures to solve.
