在校大学生对“五险一金”认知情况调查报告—基于北京高校的实证分析

College Students on the “Five Social Insurance and One Housing Fund” Cognitive Situation Investigation Report—An Empirical Analysis Based on Beijing Universities

摘要: 社会保障是人民群众的“安全网”、社会运行的“稳定器”和收入分配的“调节器”；“五险一金”是劳动者的保障性待遇，是在校学生在就业过程中应该关注的一个重要内容。本课题对调查数据进行了整理分析并分为如下3个部分：在校大学生对“五险一金”基本认知情况、在未来择业时对“五险一金”的需求认知及未来就业时如何维护“五险一金”法定权益，保障个人权益不受侵犯。

Abstract: Social security is the “safety net” of people, the “stabilizer” of social operation and the “regulator” of income distribution. “Five social insurance and one housing fund” is the laborers’ guaranteed treatment from government, which is important for students to pay close attention when they search for jobs. The article divided it into the following three parts from the survey data analyzed: the college students’ basic cognition of “Five social insurance and one housing fund”; the students’ demands of “Five social insurance and one housing fund” when they choose jobs; and how to maintain the rights and guarantee that personal interests are inviolable.
