    水库群联合调度对长江中下游的防洪作用分析

摘要:

采用水文学与水力学方法相结合的方法,对长江“2016.07”洪水进行还原计算,分析水库群联合调度在长江中下游干流所起防洪作用。通过对比还原计算过程与实况过程发现:长江上游水库群汛前提前腾库,抬升了汛前4~5月期间中下游干流的水位,但不影响大洪水期间中下游干流水位;水库群联合防洪调度对降低中下游干流洪峰水位、缩短高水持续时间发挥了显著作用。本文分析成果可为水库群调度效果评估、洪水重现期定性提供技术支撑。

The hydrological and hydraulic methods were used to reduce “2016.07” flood and analyze the effect of joint reservoir group operation on flood control in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River. By comparing natural and observed flood processes, it is found that reservoir water impounding before the flood season rises up water level of middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River during the period from April to May, and has no much effect on water level in the main flood season. Reservoir group joint operation can decrease flood peak and shorten high-water level duration effectively. The results will provide technical support for assessing the effect of reservoir group joint flood control operation and determining flood return period.
