摘要: 力学存在理论缺陷，缺乏科学性和应用性。为了进一步完善基础理论，笔者从上个世纪80年代开始研究创立了作用学基本理论及其应用技术。作用学确定了最基本的科学原理及其众多的应用科学方法与原理。本文介绍了其中的部分内容。
