石油天然气长输管道中危险因素及其设计的分析

Analysis of Risk Factors and Design in Long Distance Oil and Gas Pipeline

摘要: 随着油气资源的日益增长，油气管道的设计、施工、运营管理也越来越受到重视。油气长输管线以其运输量大、运输距离长、运输成本低、安全可靠等特点而成为最常用的油气运输方法。在长距离输油管线的实际使用中，存在着一些安全隐患。为保证中国油气资源的安全、稳定、可靠的运输，必须针对油气长输管线的危险因素进行优化设计，使其在运输过程中存在的安全隐患最小化，从而增强风险辨识与应急能力，为今后中国石油产业的健康发展打下坚实的基础。

Abstract: With the increasing of oil and gas resources, the design, construction, operation and management of oil and gas pipelines have been paid more and more attention. Long distance oil and gas pipeline has become the most commonly used method of oil and gas transportation because of its large transportation volume, long transportation distance, low transportation cost, safety and reliability. In the actual use of long-distance oil pipelines, there are some potential safety hazards. In order to ensure the safe, stable and reliable transportation of China’s oil and gas resources, it is necessary to optimize the design for the risk factors of oil and gas long-distance pipelines, minimize the potential safety hazards in the transportation process, so as to enhance the risk identification and emergency response capabilities, and lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of China’s oil industry in the future.
