摘要: 某住宅楼为半地下室砌体结构,筏板基础,施工后发现基础混凝土强度不满足设计要求。通过整体验算分析,采用在原筏板基础上复浇一层混凝土的方法进行加固,以使结构满足安全要求。
Abstract: A masonry building is semibasement, raft foundation. After construction, it is found that the strength of foundation concrete does not meet design requirements. Computational analysis of overall checking, poured a layer of concrete on the basis of the original raft foundation is applied to the structural strengthening, to enable the structure to meet the safety requirements.
