胆固醇7α-羟化酶的研究进展
The Progress in Study of Cholesterol 7 Alpha Hydroxylas
摘要: 胆固醇7α-羟化酶(cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase, CYP7A1)是催化胆固醇在肝脏分解为胆汁酸的限速酶,受多种因子调控,以维持胆固醇代谢平衡,多种中药及饮食成分对CYP7A1的基因表达有明显调节作用,影响血脂代谢,本文就CYP7A1基因的研究进展综述如下。
Abstract: Cholesterol 7 alpha hydroxylase is the speed limiting enzyme that catalyzes the decomposition of cholesterol into the bile acid in the liver, regulated by a variety of factors, maintaining the balance of cholesterol metabolism, kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and food effect the gene expression of CYP7A1, influencing blood lipid metabolism. In this paper, the progress in study of CYP7A1 gene is summarized as follows.
