网球单打过程中的战术与常用打法

Tactics and Common Playing Methods in Tennis Singles

摘要: 本文通过运用文献资料，视频观看及逻辑分析等方法，分析了有关网球单打战术的相关信息，主要从发球，接发和相持三个方面进行研究，并分析这三个阶段所使用的常用打法，旨在了解更多有关网球战术的发展并为提高网球技术奠定理论基础；大多数网球战术的研究都与技术相结合，单打运动员在战术的运用方面需要有较强的适应能力和独立作战的能力以及冷静思考的头脑；在应对不同类型打法的运动员时，要善于观察，富于变化，根据自己的技战术特点，把自身的技术与各种战术有机地结合并合理地运用。

Abstract: By using the methods of literature, video watching and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the relevant information about tennis singles tactics, mainly from the three aspects of serving, receiving and stalemate, and analyzes the common playing methods used in these three stages, in order to understand more about the development of tennis tactics and lay a theoretical foundation for improving tennis technology; most tennis tactics research is combined with technology. The ap-plication of singles tactics requires athletes to have the ability to fight independently, calm mind and strong adaptability; when dealing with different types of players, we should be good at obser-vation, rich in change, and combine various tactics organically and reasonably according to our own technical and tactical characteristics.
