摘要: 实践证明，科技是第一生产力、人是改革发展的关键钥匙。随着“互联网+新业态”发展模式的普及，社会行业的发展方向逐渐走向智能化、工业化、专业化以及多样化。与此同时，农村地区普遍存在的传统农业发展欠发达；农产品销售滞后、局限性的人力资源开发以及非农村地区的人才难以引入；从农村出去的人才难以回流的问题还亟待妥善解决。本文就推动农村地区的建设发展过程中引入“互联网+新业态”的发展模式，探究互联网科技对农村传统农业的变革、农村的新型职业对吸引农村人才回流、培养新型的农村人才队伍产生的影响。

Abstract: Practice has proved that science and technology is the first productive forces, people is the key to reform and development. Driven by the rural revitalization strategy, rural areas across the country have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. With the popularization of the development model of “Internet + new business form”, the new development direction of social industries is gradually moving towards intelligence, industrialization, specialization and diversification. At the same time, the problems of underdeveloped traditional agriculture in rural areas, limited human resources development, difficulty in introducing talents from non-rural areas and difficulty in returning talents from rural areas need to be properly solved. This paper introduces the development mode of “Internet + new business form” in the process of promoting the construction and development of rural areas, that is, the influence of Internet technology on the reform of traditional agriculture in rural areas, the influence of new rural occupations on attracting the return of rural talents and training the new rural talent team.
