摘要: 容貌焦虑是青少年群体中普遍存在的问题,随着社交媒体的兴起,这一问题变得越来越严峻,如何改善青少年的容貌焦虑成为现在社会普遍关注的问题。文章将基于青少年容貌焦虑的一般心理规律以及社交媒体如何影响青少年的容貌焦虑这两方面,并结合实践提出改善青少年容貌焦虑的有效途径,从而帮助青少年形成积极的身体意象。
Abstract: Appearance anxiety is a common problem among adolescents, and with the rise of social media, this problem has become more and more serious, and how to improve adolescent appearance anxiety has become a common concern in society nowadays. The article will be based on the general psychological law of adolescent appearance anxiety and how social media affects adolescent appearance anxiety, and combined with practice to propose effective ways to improve adolescent appearance anxiety, so as to help adolescents form positive body image.
