陈克求,湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院教授、博士生导师。

 

研究领域

纳米结构和器件中的热输运理论与热纳米器件的计算设计、分子电子学与分子器件的计算设计、新型光电功能材料与器件的计算设计。


教育背景

1982.9-1986.7 本科,国防科技大学,应用物理系,激光技术专业;

2005年从中科院化学所调入湖南大学工作以来,作为负责人先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和重大研究计划培育项目共9项、国家科技部973课题子项目3项、国家重点研发计划子课题2项、高等学校博士点基金博导项目(优先发展领域)1项、高等学校博士点基金博导项目1项、湖南省自然科学基金重点项目2项、横向项目多项,参与完成国家重大研究计划重点项目1项。
