MAJOR RESEARCH FILEDS:
I am making the researches on the function of activin and its signal pathway in the field of immunology and neuroimmunology. These studies include that it was reported that activin A and follistatin expressed in rat anterior pituitary cells, activin A regulated the activation of the mouse peritoneal macrophages in vitro and in vivo, activin A induced the neurite outgrowth of chicken embryonic dorsal root ganglia, activin receptor-interacting protein 1 and 2 (ARIP1, 2) expressed in mouse tissues and mediated activin signal transduction.
