付东,华北电力大学教授、博士生导师。加州大学Riverside分校访问学者。曾入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”和河北省“优秀青年”。河北省“杰出青年科学基金”获得者。授权国家发明专利2项,获广东省自然科学二等奖、河北省自然科学三等奖、保定市科技进步一等奖和保定市青年科技奖各1项。
