基本情况

洪兆富，西北工业大学管理学院，教授、博士生导师。获兰州大学管理学博士、法国巴黎中央理工学院工业工程博士。曾历中国科学技术大学博士后研究员、香港城市大学访问研究员、兰州大学首批“萃英学者”特聘教授等教学科研工作。社会与学术服务方面，兼任中国供应链与运营管理研究会学术委员会委员、中国系统工程协会可持续运营与管理系统分会常务委员、中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会理事、国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目评审专家；担任第14届DEA等国际学术会议的学术委员；担任AOR、CIE、COR、DS、EJOR、IEEE ASE、IJPE、IJPR、JORS、Omega、TR E 等20多个国际主流SCI/SSCI 期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上和特别资助项目等多项科研项目，参与的科研项目包括科技部国家重点研发计划项目、教育部哲学社会科学重大课题攻关项目等。
