网络空间商务应用:社区团购的自治实践与模式创新
Business Application in Cyberspace: The Autonomy Practice and Model Innovation of Community Group-Buying
摘要: 随着互联网技术的迅猛发展和电子商务的普及,网络空间商务应用逐渐成为推动经济发展和社会进步的重要力量。社区团购作为一种新兴的电子商务模式,以团购的形式获取更低价格的商品或服务。这种模式不仅降低了居民的生活成本,还促进了社区经济的发展,提升了社区居民的生活质量。社会工作作为一种以人为本、注重社会公平和社区参与的专业服务,与社区团购的理念高度契合。本文通过研究社区团购的自治实践,社区团购通过居民在团购过程中逐渐形成的自我管理和监督机制,融合了线上线下的优势。社会工作在社区团购中起到了桥梁和纽带的作用。居民、团长和供应商之间的互动形成了一种独特的自治模式。本文分析了社区团购的模式的创新,得出社会工作介入的团购模式有助于团购收益和社会效益分配。探讨在网络空间下,团购模式在社区中的发展优势和挑战,促进社区团购的发展空间,增长企业效益和社会效益。
Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularization of e-commerce, the application of cyberspace commerce has gradually become an important force to promote economic development and social progress. As a new e-commerce model, community group-buying obtains cheaper goods or services in the form of group-buying. This model not only reduces the cost of living of residents, but also promotes the development of community economy and improves the quality of life of community residents. As a people-oriented professional service with social fairness and community participation, social work is highly consistent with the concept of community group buying. By studying the autonomous practice of community group buying, community group buying integrates the advantages of online and offline through the self-management and supervision mechanism gradually formed by residents in the process of group buying. Social work plays the role of a bridge and a link in the community group-buying. The interaction among residents, heads and suppliers forms a unique model of autonomy. This paper analyzes the innovation of the mode of community group buying, obtains the group buying mode of social work intervention and the social benefit distribution of group buying income, discusses the development advantages and challenges of group buying mode in the community under the network space, so as to better promote the development space of community group buying and increase the enterprise benefits and social benefits.
