针刺对高血压病患者卒中后相关症状的影响研究进展

摘要: 高血压是引起脑卒中的重要危险因素之一，目前针对高血压病的药物疗法虽有效果，但不能达到完全控制，患者不仅需长期用药，而且还需面临毒副作用。近年来，随着中医特色疗法对高血压的降压效果以及脑血管疾病治疗的优势愈见明显，尤以针刺干预对高血压性脑卒中后症状的影响已成为国内外研究的热点。本文就针刺对血压的调控和对高血压患者卒中后睡眠、精神状态、神经功能、胃肠道以及作用机制等方面的影响进行综述，从而为针刺临床治疗高血压性脑卒中提供参考依据。
Abstract: Hypertension is one of the significant risk factors for stroke. Although current pharmacological therapies for hypertension are effective, they do not achieve complete control. Patients are required to take medication long-term and also face potential side effects. In recent years, the blood pressure-lowering effects of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and its therapeutic advantages in cerebrovascular diseases have become increasingly evident. Particularly, acupuncture intervention has become a hot topic of research both domestically and internationally for its impact on hypertensive post-stroke symptoms. This article reviews the effects of acupuncture on blood pressure regulation and its impact on sleep, mental state, neurological function, gastrointestinal function, and mechanisms of action in hypertensive stroke patients, thereby providing a reference for the clinical use of acupuncture in the treatment of hypertensive stroke.
