摘要: 目的:了解护理专业毕业生就业意愿的影响因素。方法:使用调查问卷对2022届毕业生就业意愿进行调查。结果:1) 护理毕业后不想第一时间去就业的达到47.3%,护理就业前景不容乐观,学生更多地想谋求多元化发展。而不想去临床工作的毕业生达到30.0%,学生当下的就业心态中无所谓型占到了44.9%。2) 在就业过程中,不同学历的影响因素各不相同,本科生认为就业时最欠缺的是社会经验,专升本与专科生认为更缺乏知识技能,可见学历对于护理毕业生的就业选择及状况有显著相关性(P < 0.05)。结论:目前护理毕业生就业情况相对较好,就业方向多元化,但不同学历的学生在求职过程中遇到的问题不同,需要自身、学校及医院的共同努力。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the influencing factors of employment intention of nursing graduates. Methods: A questionnaire was used to investigate the employment intention of graduates in 2022. Results: 1) 47.3% of nursing graduates did not want to find employment immediately after graduation. Nursing employment prospects were not optimistic, and more students wanted to seek diversified development. The number of graduates who did not want to go to clinical work reached 30.0%, and the number of students who did not care about the current employment mentality accounted for 44.9%. 2) In the employment process, the influencing factors of different educational levels are different. The undergraduates think that social experience is the most lacking in employment, and the graduates think that they lack knowledge and skills even more. It can be seen that the educational level has a significant correlation with the employment choice and situation of nursing graduates (P < 0.05). Conclusion: At present, the employment situation of nursing graduates is relatively good, and the employment direction is diversified. However, students with different educational levels have different problems in the job hunting process, which requires the joint efforts of themselves, schools and hospitals.
