经肛肠梗阻导管应用于直肠癌梗阻一例个案报道

摘要: 直肠癌梗阻是直肠肿瘤进展导致肠道狭窄的严重急腹症,手术并发症和死亡率较高。通过术前优化手段,改善肠道通畅性,减轻肠管水肿,可以提高手术I期吻合率,减少并发症发生。本例报道1例直肠癌梗阻患者,术前通过经肛肠梗阻导管缓解肠道梗阻,优化肠道及全身情况,一周后行根治性肿瘤切除并肠管一期吻合,患者恢复顺利。该方法具有较好临床价值及社会经济价值。
Abstract: Bowel obstruction caused by rectal cancer is a severe acute abdominal condition resulting from intestinal stenosis due to the progression of rectal tumors. Patients with this condition are associated with relatively high rates of surgical complications and mortality. By implementing preoperative optimization measures to improve intestinal patency and reduce intestinal edema, the rate of primary anastomosis during surgery can be enhanced, thereby decreasing the incidence of complications. This case report describes a patient with rectal cancer obstruction who underwent preoperative relief of intestinal obstruction via a transanal obstruction catheter. This optimized both intestinal and systemic conditions, enabling radical tumor resection with primary intestinal anastomosis one week later. The patient recovered smoothly. This approach demonstrates significant clinical and socioeconomic value.
