数字协同视域下跨境电商企业业务流程重塑与价值创造的内在机理研究
Research on the Internal Mechanism of Business Process Remodeling and Value Creation in Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprises: A Perspective of Digital Synergy
摘要: 面对全球经贸格局深度演化带来的成本高企与响应滞后困境,本研究立足“数字协同”视角,综合运用交易成本理论与资源编排理论,系统探究跨境电商企业业务流程重塑与价值创造的内在机理。研究发现,数字协同作为信息集成与资源编排的统一体,能够驱动传统线性业务流向实时、透明的网状协同演进,实现前台洞察、中台调度与后台合规的全面重塑。在价值生成维度,数字协同不仅通过降低搜索与契约成本发挥“成本削减效应”,更利用供应链敏捷性产生“柔性响应效应”,并最终借助数据要素驱动企业由单一产品出口向高增值服务转型。研究认为,跨境电商的数字化转型本质上是技术演进与组织变革深度耦合的系统工程。本文所构建的“技术输入–流程重构–价值输出”模型,为外贸企业在复杂动荡的国际环境中,通过数字化手段构建核心竞争力提供了严谨的学理支撑与实践逻辑。
Abstract: In response to the dilemmas of escalating costs and response latency triggered by the profound evolution of global economic and trade patterns, this study adopts the perspective of “digital synergy” and integrates transaction cost theory with resource orchestration theory to systematically explore the internal mechanisms governing business process remodeling and value creation in cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The findings indicate that digital synergy, functioning as a nexus of information integration and resource orchestration, drives the evolution of traditional linear business flows toward real-time, transparent, and networked collaboration. This process achieves a comprehensive remodeling of front-end market insights, middle-end resource scheduling, and back-end regulatory compliance. In the dimension of value generation, digital synergy not only exerts a “cost reduction effect” by mitigating search and contract costs but also generates a “flexible response effect” by leveraging supply chain agility. Ultimately, it utilizes data elements to propel enterprises’ transformation from single-product exporters to high-value-added service providers. The study concludes that digital transformation in cross-border e-commerce is essentially a systematic endeavor characterized by the deep coupling of technological evolution and organizational change. The “technology input-process reconstruction-value output” model constructed in this paper provides rigorous theoretical support and practical logic for foreign trade enterprises to build core competitiveness through digital instruments within complex and volatile international environments.
