Methods for Exploring the Labor Resources in Oil Pipeline Construction Enterprises

摘要: 结合当前石油管道施工企业劳务用工的使用现状，分析企业劳务用工管理存在的问题及面临的主要风险，阐述实际可采用的劳务分包、配合施工及技术服务的劳务资源使用方式，为石油管道施工企业劳务用工管理提供可借鉴的思路和经验。

Abstract: Combined with the present situation of labor employment in oil pipeline construction enterprises, the problems existing in the management of labor employment and the main risks faced by enterprises were analyzed. This paper expounds the practical use of labor subcontracting and the use of labor resources in cooperation with construction and technical services, and provides some useful ideas and experiences for the management of labor services in oil pipeline construction enterprises.
