Abstract: The pace of modern life is getting faster and faster, and people who feel tired begin to explore the exit gradually. At this time, the meaning of freedom is very valuable to people. This article mainly focuses on Spinoza’s thought, explores the main content of his concept of freedom, and uses it to guide people to correctly understand freedom and find a harmonious way of life. If people want to be free, they must live under the guidance of certain rationality. Only by gaining the right to free-dom can we achieve greater happiness.
