新时代背景下大湘西酒店业发展对策浅析

Analysis of the Development Countermeasures of the Hotel Industry in Western Xiangxi under the Background of the New Era

摘要: 双循环新发展格局背景下，大湘西地区酒店业面临阶段性发展瓶颈。在调查大湘西酒店产业发展现状的基础上，发现大湘西地区酒店业存在经营理念落后、产品结构单一、新媒体营销不足、品牌意识淡薄等问题。对此，提出了差异化经营、创新酒店产品、加强新媒体营销、提升服务质量等建议，以期为大湘西地区酒店业可持续发展提供理论参考和路径借鉴。

Abstract: Under the background of the new development pattern of dual circulation, the hotel industry in western Hunan is facing a phased development bottleneck. On the basis of investigating the de-velopment status of the hotel industry in western Xiangxi, it is found that the hotel industry in western Xiangxi has problems such as backward business philosophy, single product structure, insufficient new media marketing, and weak brand awareness. In this regard, suggestions such as differentiated operation, innovative hotel products, strengthening new media marketing, and im-proving service quality are put forward, in order to provide theoretical reference and path refer-ence for the sustainable development of the hotel industry in western Hunan.
