摘要: 现代教育技术在教育实践中的应用是以系统的信息化教学思维为指导，实现基于现代网络化教育技术的优化教学的理论和实践。现代教学信息技术将使学校教育的多元化，教学手段的多样化和教学模式的创新都变为了可能。尽管现代教学信息技术在课堂与教学实际中的运用前景良好，但仍面临现实困难：普通老师不懂得怎样运用教学信息技术开展课堂教学，新手老师无法适时运用现代教学信息技术，他们过分依赖电子设备，无法独立思考。本文从老师与学生各自的视角提供建议，号召老师利用信息技术网络提升专业技能，号召学生通过引入智慧课堂革新教学方式，号召孩子通过利用智慧助学机器人，激活认知能力。

Abstract: The application of modern educational technology in educational practice is guided by systematic information-based teaching thinking, which realizes the theory and practice of optimizing teaching based on modern networked educational technology. Modern teaching information technology will make the diversification of school education, the diversification of teaching means and the innova-tion of teaching mode become possible. Although the application of modern teaching information technology in the classroom and teaching practice has a good prospect, it is still faced with practical difficulties: ordinary teachers do not know how to use teaching information technology to carry out classroom teaching, novice teachers cannot timely use modern teaching information technology, they rely too much on electronic equipment, unable to think independently. This paper provides suggestions from the perspectives of teachers and students, calling on teachers to improve their professional skills by using information technology networks, calling on students to innovate teaching methods by introducing smart classrooms, and calling on children to activate their cogni-tive abilities by using smart learning robots.
