GC2010气相色谱虚拟仿真教学探索
Exploration of Virtual Simulation Teaching for Gas Chromatography in GC2010
摘要: 气相色谱具有选择性高,灵敏度高,分离能效高,分析速度快,应用范围广(三高一快一广)的特点,是大型仪器分析中经常用的分析手段之一。为了解决常规教学中设备数量、场地、资金的不足,探索虚拟仿真教学方式,通过声音、图像、场景等帮助学生更直观地学习气相色谱,期望改进传统教学方式。能改进教学效果,全面提高学生的综合能力。
Abstract:
Gas chromatography has the characteristics of high selectivity, high sensitivity, high separation effi-ciency, fast analysis speed, and wide application range (three highs, one fast, one wide). It is one of the commonly used analytical methods in large-scale instrument analysis. In order to address the shortage of equipment, venue, and funding in conventional teaching, we explore virtual simulation teaching methods to help students learn gas chromatography more intuitively through sound, im-ages, scenes, and other means. We hope to improve traditional teaching methods which can improve teaching effectiveness and comprehensively enhance students’ comprehensive abilities.
