群体理论视角下校园欺凌中旁观者行为研究:特征、因素与策略
Research on Bystander Behavior in Campus Bullying from the Perspective of Group Theory: Characteristics, Factors, and Strategies
摘要: 旁观者是校园欺凌事件中的目睹者,受多种因素影响会出现分化与转化。根据间接参与程度与外在表现形态,旁观者可分为冷漠观望型、助推恶化型和主动保护型。从群体理论视角分析,校园欺凌中旁观者群体的行为具有易受环境熏陶感染、群体责任逃避心理、易受暗示引导等特点。针对这些特点,引导旁观者群体行为的策略包括营造抵制欺凌行为的氛围、强化个体责任感和辨别欺凌性行为等。
Abstract:
Bystanders are witnesses in campus bullying incidents, and they can be divided into three types based on their indirect involvement and external manifestations: indifferent bystanders, exacerbating bystanders, and active bystanders. From the perspective of group theory, the behavior of bystanders in campus bullying is characterized by susceptibility to environmental influences, group responsibility-avoidance psychology, and susceptibility to suggestive guidance. In response to these characteristics, strategies for guiding the behavior of bystander groups include creating an atmosphere of resistance to bullying behavior, strengthening individual responsibility, and identifying bullying behaviors.
