基于协同理论的长三角一体化文旅融合培训机制研究

摘要: 本文基于协同理论，构建了长三角一体化文旅融合培训机制，涵盖资源整合、校地协同、校企协同、校校协同、培训实施以及反馈评估等模块。通过资源整合优化配置文旅资源，校地协同推动产业创新发展，校企协同促进市场化运作，校校协同实现教育资源共享和人才联合培养，培训实施模块负责培训项目具体实施，反馈评估模块则确保培训机制持续优化。该机制模型具有较强的实用性和可操作性，为长三角地区文旅融合培训机制的构建提供了有效方案，有助于提升文旅从业人员的专业素养和实践能力，促进文旅产业的创新与发展，为区域经济高质量发展注入新的动力。
Abstract: Abstract: Based on synergy theory, this paper constructs the Training Mechanism for Cultural and Tourism Integration in the Yangtze River Delta, encompassing modules such as resource integration, government-university collaboration, university-enterprise collaboration, inter-university collaboration, training implementation, and feedback evaluation. Resource integration optimizes the allocation of cultural and tourism resources; government-university collaboration promotes industrial innovation and development; university-enterprise collaboration facilitates market-oriented operations; and inter-university collaboration achieves educational resource sharing and joint talent training. The training implementation module is responsible for the execution of specific training programs, while the feedback evaluation module ensures continuous optimization of the training mechanism. This model is highly applicable and operational, providing an effective framework for building the training mechanism in the Yangtze River Delta region, enhancing the professional quality and practical skills of cultural and tourism practitioners, promoting innovation and development within the industry, and injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
