A Preliminary Study on the Cultural View of the Han Dynasty: Taking the Stone Relief of Northern Shaanxi as a Clue

摘要: 汉画像石是汉代文化的重要物质载体，不仅体现着汉代的历史和文化，还能够反映出汉代人的精神世界和宗教信仰。其作为研究汉代社会生活的关键史料，图像内容为学者们提供了丰富的研究素材。本文聚焦于陕北地区汉代画像石中的特定图像，来对汉代文化观进行探析，如长生不老、引魂升天的升仙观念；阴阳五行、天人合一的宇宙观念；庇佑墓主、福荫子孙的祈福观念。

Abstract: The stone relief of Han Dynasty is an important material carrier of the culture of Han Dynasty, which not only embodies the history and culture of Han Dynasty, but also reflects the spiritual world and religious beliefs of people in Han Dynasty. As a key historical material for the study of social life in the Han Dynasty, the image content provides abundant research materials for scholars. This paper focuses on the specific images in the stone reliefs of the Han Dynasty in northern Shaanxi to analyze the cultural concepts of the Han Dynasty, such as the concept of immortality and soul ascending to heaven, the concept of universe of Yin and Yang and five elements and harmony between man and nature, and the concept of blessing the tomb owner and blessing the descendants.
