超声引导下微波消融术与微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节的疗效对比

摘要: 目的:对比超声引导下微波消融术与微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节的疗效。方法:选择本院2023年1月~2024年3月诊治的40例乳腺良性结节的患者,将其随机分为2组。对照组20例给予微创旋切术治疗;观察组20例给予微波消融术,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果:两组围术期指标对比,观察组手术时间、住院天数、切口长度较短,术中出血量较少,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组乳房美观度对比,观察组乳房美观程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组并发症发生率,差异不具有统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:对于乳腺良性结节的患者而言,采用微波消融术治疗,操作简单,治疗效果较好,术后不易出现血肿、出血等现象,且术后乳房较为美观,值得在临床上推荐。
Abstract: Objective: To compare the efficacy of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation and minimally invasive rotational resection in the treatment of benign breast nodules. Method: Forty patients with benign breast nodules treated in our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into two groups. 20 cases in the control group were treated with minimally invasive rotational resection; Twenty cases in the observation group were treated with microwave ablation, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The comparison of perioperative indicators between the two groups showed that the observation group had shorter surgical time, hospital stay, incision length, and less intraoperative bleeding, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The comparison of breast aesthetics between two groups showed that the observation group had better breast aesthetics than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group showed no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with benign breast nodules, microwave ablation treatment is simple to operate, has good therapeutic effects, and is less likely to cause hematoma, bleeding, and other phenomena after surgery. Moreover, the postoperative breast is more aesthetically pleasing and worthy of clinical recommendation.
