叙事护理对老年骨关节炎患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响研究

摘要: 目的：探讨叙事护理对老年骨关节炎患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响，为综合护理方案提供新视角。方法：选取2023年1月至2024年5月在乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院就诊的老年骨关节炎患者作为研究对象。随机分为两组，对照组接受常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上增加叙事护理干预，持续4周。结果：两组干预前SAS和SDS评分无显著差异，干预后观察组SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。两组干预前WHOQOL-BREF评分无显著差异，干预后观察组评分显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：叙事护理能有效降低老年骨关节炎患者的焦虑和抑郁症状，并提高其生活质量。建议在老年骨关节炎患者的护理中应用叙事护理，以改善其心理状态和整体福祉。
Abstract: Purpose: To explore the impact of narrative nursing on the negative emotions and quality of life in elderly patients with osteoarthritis, providing a new perspective for comprehensive nursing plans. Methods: Elderly patients with osteoarthritis visiting a tertiary A-level hospital in Urumqi from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care, while the intervention group received narrative nursing in addition to routine care for a duration of 4 weeks. Results: There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before the intervention. After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in WHOQOL-BREF scores before the intervention, but the intervention group had significantly higher scores than the control group after the intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Narrative nursing can effectively reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms in elderly patients with osteoarthritis and improve their quality of life. It is recommended to apply narrative nursing in the care of elderly patients with osteoarthritis to improve their psychological status and overall well-being.
