摘要: 随着人口老龄化的不断加剧，农村地区的养老问题日益凸显，成为制约社会和谐与可持续发展的关键问题之一。本文深入聚焦于老龄化社会背景下农村社区养老服务模式的革新与实践探索，旨在通过系统性分析当前农村社区养老服务的现状及其面临的挑战，如服务资源匮乏、服务体系不健全、服务内容单一等，揭示其深层次的制约因素。在此基础上，本研究致力于提出一系列具有前瞻性和可行性的创新策略与实践路径，旨在通过优化资源配置、构建多元化服务体系、丰富服务内容与形式等手段，有效应对农村老年人的养老需求，提升其生活质量与幸福感。通过本研究，期望能为农村养老问题的有效解决提供科学依据与实践指导，促进农村社会的和谐稳定发展。

Abstract: With the increasing aging of the population, the problem of elderly care in rural areas has become increasingly prominent, which has become one of the key problems restricting social harmony and sustainable development. This paper deeply focuses on the innovation and practical exploration of rural community elderly care service model under the background of an aging society, aiming to reveal its deep-seated constraints through a systematic analysis of the current situation of rural community elderly care service and the challenges it faces, such as lack of service resources, imperfect service system, and single service content. On this basis, this study is committed to putting forward a series of forward-looking and feasible innovative strategies and practice paths, aiming to effectively respond to the needs of elderly care for the elderly in rural areas and improve their quality of life and happiness by optimizing resource allocation, building a diversified service system, and enriching service content and forms. Through this study, it is expected to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for the effective solution of rural elderly care problems and promote the harmonious and stable development of rural society.
