关于国际工程联营体项目管控的研究
Study on Management Control of International Engineering Joint Venture Project
摘要: 国际联营体模式已成为跨国企业转型升级、追求竞争优势的重要策略,因文化不同,国际联营体失败风险高于传统项目模式。本文采用文献调研与综合分析法,对国内外有关国际工程联营体项目管控研究进行了调研,综合论述了当前联营体项目管控研究的概念和构架、主要影响因素,对影响国际联营体项目管控活动进行了定义,总结出影响联营体管控的主要因素包括战略因素、资源贡献因素、股权比例因素、信任因素和冲突因素,分析这些因素的影响机理。以海外某联营体项目为例,通过说明这些影响因素的体现形式,结合项目实际情况,提出了联营体相关具体管控建议,为我国国际联营体项目履约提供参考。
Abstract: The international joint venture model has become an important strategy for multinational enterprises to transform and upgrade and pursue competitive advantages. Due to cultural differences the risk of failure of international joint ventures is higher than that of traditional project models. This paper adopts the method of literature survey and comprehensive analysis to investigate the research the management and control of international engineering joint venture projects at home and abroad, and systematically discusses the current concepts and frameworks of joint venture project management research, defines the that affect the management and control of international joint venture projects, and summarizes the main factors affecting the management and control of joint ventures, including strategic factors, resource contribution, equity ratio factors, trust factors, and conflict factors, and analyzes the influencing mechanisms of these factors. Taking an overseas joint venture project as an example, it illustrates the forms of these influencing factors, combines the actual situation of the project, and puts forward specific management and control suggestions for the joint venture, which provides reference for the performance of China’s international joint venture projects.
