摘要: 本文旨在深入探讨信息化技术在推动建筑行业企业创新发展中的路径与作用。当前，信息技术飞速发展，信息化对于建筑企业而言，已成为提升管理水平、提高生产效率、促进产业升级的重要途径。文中详细分析了信息化技术在建筑行业的应用现状，如BIM技术广泛应用于建筑设计、施工和管理，项目管理软件有力支持建筑项目，大数据与云计算技术带来新机遇等。同时也指出面临的挑战，包括技术应用不充分、标准不统一、管理认识不足、缺乏战略规划、人才短缺以及资金投入困难等。此外，还展望了未来发展趋势。基于此，提出一系列以信息化推动建筑行业企业创新发展的策略与路径，涵盖技术创新、管理创新和商业模式创新等方面，为建筑企业在信息化时代实现创新发展提供理论依据与实践指导。

Abstract: This paper aims to deeply explore the paths and roles of information technology in promoting the innovative development of construction industry enterprises. At present, with the rapid development of information technology, informatization has become an important way for construction enterprises to improve management levels, increase production efficiency, and promote industrial upgrading. The paper analyzes in detail the application status of information technology in the construction industry, such as the wide application of BIM technology in architectural design, construction, and management, the strong support of project management software for construction projects, and the new opportunities brought by big data and cloud computing technology. At the same time, it also points out the challenges faced, including insufficient application of technology, inconsistent standards, insufficient.
