大数据时代社交媒体使用对大学生心理健康的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Social Media Use on the Mental Health of College Students in the Era of Big Data

摘要: 在信息爆炸的大数据时代，社交媒体的广泛应用对大学生的社交习惯和心理状态产生了显著且深远的冲击。对社交媒体使用情况的剖析揭示了其在大学生心理层面上的正负两重效应。适度使用社交媒体有助于增强大学生的社交支持感，促进情感纽带，从而提升幸福感；然而，社交媒体的过度使用往往会引发焦虑、抑郁以及自我认同危机等一系列心理困扰。针对这一问题，研究提出了引导大学生理智使用社交平台的策略，并倡议心理健康教育机构加强干预措施，帮助大学生塑造健康的社交平台使用习惯和完善的心理辅导机制。该研究结论为构建针对大学生心理健康干预的策略奠定了坚实的理论基础。

Abstract: In the era of big data of information explosion, the wide application of social media has had a significant and profound impact on the social habits and psychological state of college students. The analysis of social media use reveals its dual positive and negative effects on the psychological level of college students. Moderate use of social media enhances college students’ social support and emotional bonds. However, overuse of social media often causes a range of psychological problems such as anxiety, depression and self-identity crisis. In view of this problem, the paper puts forward the strategy to guide college students to use social platforms rationally, and proposes mental health education institutions to strengthen intervention measures to help college students shape healthy social platform use habits and perfect psychological counseling mechanism. The conclusion lays a solid theoretical foundation for constructing strategies for mental health intervention in college students.
