工学一体化背景下技工院校新型活页式教材开发逻辑与路径
The Development Logic and Path of New Loose Leaf Textbooks in Technical Schools under the Background of Learning and Working Integration
摘要: 当前,传统教材以知识结构为脉络的框架与技工教育以实践技能为基础的教育核心矛盾日益突出。技工院校培养的是服务于地区经济发展的技术技能型人才,在人才培养过程中,教材中的教学内容需要随着产业、技术、标准的迭代升级及时调整。教材与实际操作的分离,理论教学与实习实训的脱离等问题成为了制约教育质量提升的关键因素。开发一种能将教学与实际工作紧密结合的新型教材从而实现工学一体化成为当前技工教育发展的重要任务。新型活页式教材开发经历典型工作任务分析、学习情境设计、学习任务开发、学习材料开发、学习任务活页设计和数字化资源设计阶段。结合技工教育不同教学层次,提出了综合职业能力融入教材设计的理论逻辑与实践路径。通过实践验证,新型活页式教材得到了师生的普遍认可。
Abstract: Currently, the contradiction between the framework of traditional textbooks based on knowledge structure and the core education of vocational education based on practical skills is becoming increasingly prominent. Technical schools cultivate technical and skilled talents who serve regional economic development. In the process of talent cultivation, the teaching content in textbooks needs to be adjusted in a timely manner with the iteration and upgrading of industries, technologies, and standards. The separation of textbooks and practical operations, as well as the disconnection between theoretical teaching and practical training, have become key factors restricting the improvement of educational quality. Developing a new type of textbook that can closely integrate teaching with practical work to achieve learning and working integration has become an important task in the current development of vocational education. The development of new loose leaf textbooks has gone through the stages of typical task analysis, learning scenario design, learning task development, learning material development, learning task loose leaf design, and digital resource design. Based on the different teaching levels of vocational education, a theoretical logic and practical path for integrating comprehensive vocational abilities into textbook design have been proposed. Through practical verification, the new loose leaf textbook has been widely recognized by teachers and students.
