大学生就业过程中的个人信息保护研究

Study on the Protection of Personal Information in the Employment Process of College Students

摘要: 随着信息技术的飞速发展，大学生在就业过程中面临着日益严峻的个人信息保护问题。由于缺乏足够的保护意识和经验，大学生在求职过程中的个人信息安全容易受到侵犯，进而增加了诈骗、身份盗用等风险。本文探讨了大学生在就业过程中的个人信息保护现状及其法律保障，并分析了大学生就业过程中个人信息安全面临的主要问题，包括法律意识淡薄、个人信息过度收集、维权困难及法律监管力度不足等。针对这些问题提出了加强法律意识教育、明确信息收集范围、完善法律救济制度和加大监管力度等对策，旨在提升大学生个人信息的保护水平，降低大学生就业过程中个人信息泄露的风险。

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, college students are facing increasingly serious problems of personal information protection in the employment process. Due to the lack of sufficient protection awareness and experience, the security of personal information of college students in the process of job hunting is easily violated, thus increasing the risk of fraud, identity theft and other risks. This paper discusses the current situation of personal information protection of college students in the process of employment and its legal protection, and analyzes the main problems faced by personal information security of college students in the process of employment, including weak legal awareness, over-collection of personal information, difficulties in defending their rights and insufficient legal supervision. Countermeasures such as strengthening legal awareness education, clarifying the scope of information collection, improving the legal remedy system and increasing supervision are proposed to address these problems, aiming at improving the protection level of personal information of college students and reducing the risk of personal information leakage in the process of college students’ employment.
