癌结节与结直肠癌临床分期及预后关系的研究进展
Research Progress on the Relationship between Cancer Nodules and Clinical Stage and Prognosis of Colorectal Cancer
摘要: 结直肠癌(Colorectal Cancer)临床分期是影响结直肠癌患者预后的一个重要因素。近年来，随着影像学技术的进步，越来越多的结直肠癌患者被发现有癌结节。癌结节是指结直肠癌患者肝、肺等部位出现的转移性癌症结节。目前，关于癌结节与结直肠癌临床分期及预后关系的研究还比较少，但已经有一些研究成果表明，癌结节与结直肠癌的临床分期和预后密切相关。本文就癌结节与结直肠癌临床分期及预后关系的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract: The clinical stage of colorectal cancer is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer. In recent years, with the advancement of imaging technology, more and more patients with colorectal cancer have been found to have cancerous nodules. Cancer nodules refer to metastatic cancer nodules in the liver and lung of colorectal cancer patients. At present, there are few studies on the relationship between cancer nodules and the clinical stage and prognosis of colorectal cancer, but some research results have shown that cancer nodules are closely related to the clinical stage and prognosis of colorectal cancer. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between cancer nodules and clinical stage and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
