新课标下初中英语群文阅读教学模式的构建与实践——以人教版英语八年级下册Unit 1为例
A Construction and Practice of the Teaching Mode of English Group Text Reading in Junior Middle School under the New Curriculum Standard—Taking Unit 1 of Go for It English Grade 8 as an Example
摘要: 本研究响应《义务教育英语课程标准(2022版)》提出的英语教学新方向,探讨了群文阅读教学模式在初中英语教学中的应用。新课标强调主题和语篇的重要性,并要求学生在初中阶段课外阅读量达到15万词以上。为满足这一要求,传统的阅读教学方法亟需创新。群文阅读通过整合不同文本,促进学生深入掌握语言知识,提升语言运用的灵活性和准确性。本研究以人教版英语八年级下册Unit 1为例,设计了一堂群文阅读课,旨在通过多样化的文本材料激发学生学习兴趣,培养批判性思维,并为教师提供具体的教学策略。研究结果表明,群文阅读教学能有效提升学生的英语阅读理解能力、批判性思维和跨文化交际能力,为教师设计更有效的教学活动提供支持。
Abstract: In response to the new direction of English teaching proposed by the English Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 edition), this study discusses the application of the teaching mode of group reading in English teaching in junior middle school. The new curriculum standard emphasizes the importance of themes and discourse, and requires students to read more than 150,000 words outside class in junior middle school. In order to meet this requirement, the traditional reading teaching methods are in urgent need of innovation. By integrating different texts, group reading promotes students to master language knowledge and improves the flexibility and accuracy of language use. Taking unit 1 of Go for It English Grade 8 as an example, a group reading class is designed to stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivate critical thinking, and provide teachers with specific teaching strategies. The results show that group text reading teaching can effectively improve students’ English reading comprehension ability, critical thinking and cross-cultural communication skills, and provide support for teachers to design more effective teaching activities.
