摘要: 在我国城乡融合发展与农村治理现代化进程中，多元解纷机制成为基层社会治理的重要抓手。“石榴籽”调解工作室作为基层调解的创新实践，通过人民调解、行政调解、司法调解等方式的有机结合，在化解基层矛盾、促进民族团结、提升农村法治化水平等方面发挥了积极作用。文章结合政策背景和典型案例，系统分析“石榴籽”调解工作室的运行机制及其实践成效，探讨其在促进城乡社会和谐、增强基层治理能力、推动农村治理现代化方面的作用。同时，文章指出该模式在实际运行中面临的挑战，并提出优化建议，以期为基层社会治理创新提供参考。

Abstract: In the process of urban-rural integration and the modernization of rural governance in China, diversified dispute resolution mechanisms have become essential tools for grassroots social governance. The “Pomegranate Seed” mediation studio, as an innovative practice of grassroots mediation, integrates people’s mediation, administrative mediation, and judicial mediation to effectively resolve community disputes, promote ethnic unity, and enhance the rule of law in rural areas. This paper systematically analyzes the operational mechanisms and practical effectiveness of the “Pomegranate Seed” mediation studio based on policy backgrounds and typical case studies. It explores its role in fostering urban-rural social harmony, strengthening grassroots governance capabilities, and advancing rural governance modernization. Furthermore, the paper identifies challenges in its implementation and provides optimization suggestions, aiming to offer insights into the innovation of grassroots social governance.
