语篇衔接手段在英语写作教学中的应用研究综述

摘要: 自20世纪60年代起,语篇衔接理论逐渐成为语言学与外语教学领域的研究热点。本文通过文献分析法,系统梳理语篇衔接手段的定义、分类及其在英语写作教学中的国内外应用研究,旨在推动该理论在我国英语写作教学中的实践。研究发现,国内现有研究多聚焦大学生与高中生群体,对初中生英语写作中衔接手段的运用关注不足,未来需进一步探讨如何通过教学优化衔接手段的使用策略,以提升写作教学效果。
Abstract: Since the 1960s, discourse cohesion theory has gradually emerged as a research focus in linguistics and foreign language education. This study employs document analysis to systematically examine the definition, classification, and application research of cohesive devices in English writing instruction both domestically and internationally, aiming to promote the practical implementation of this theory in China’s English writing pedagogy. The research reveals that current domestic studies predominantly concentrate on college and high school students, with insufficient attention given to the application of cohesive devices in junior high school students’ English writing. Future investigations should further explore instructional optimization strategies for cohesive device application to enhance the effectiveness of writing instruction.
