Abstract: Urologic stones damage the human body in terms of mechanical injury, obstruction, infection and causing malignant changes, among which, it can cause different degrees of damage to the human urinary system, especially acute kidney injury. Age, stone history, stone composition and metabolic factors in the formation and development of urinary stones, play a different degree of stone-forming and stone-promoting role, and then damage to kidney function. In an era of increasingly sophisticated diagnostic and therapeutic means, the diagnosis and detection rate of asymptomatic stone patients has increased, so it is of great significance to study the mechanism of urinary stones affecting the decline of renal function, and to take early interventions to protect renal function and minimize renal damage in early-stage stone patients.
