从李东垣脾胃元气论探讨功能性消化不良的诊疗体系

Discussion on the Diagnosis and Treatment System of Functional Dyspepsia from Li Dongyuan’s Theory of Spleen and Stomach Vital Energy

摘要: 基于李东垣《脾胃论》脾胃元气论的核心思想，结合现代消化病学研究成果，系统阐述脾胃元气与功能性消化不良(FD)的病理关联。通过梳理升降学说、阴火理论在FD诊疗中的实践应用，总结出“补中–升阳–泻阴火”三位一体的治疗方案，为临床提供理论依据。

Abstract: Based on the core idea of the spleen and stomach yuanqi theory of Li Dongyuan’s Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach, and combined with the research results of modern gastroenterology, we systematically elucidated the pathological correlation between spleen and stomach yuanqi and functional dyspepsia (FD). By combining the practical application of the doctrine of elevation and movement and the theory of yin and fire in the diagnosis and treatment of FD, we summarized the trinity treatment program of “tonifying the middle - elevating the yang - diarrhoeing the yin and fire”, which provides the theoretical basis for the clinic.
