社会组织运营下的慈善超市多元化服务模式与可持续性策略研究——以益优公益“蓝布湾慈善超市”为例
Research on the Diversified Service Model and Sustainable Strategies of Charity Supermarkets Operated by Social Organizations—A Case Study of “Lanbuwan Charity Supermarket” of Yiyou Public Welfare

摘要: 慈善超市的生存和发展越来越需要更多元化的服务模式,更市场化的运营模式。政府也越来越鼓励社会组织来运营慈善超市,基于此,本研究通过案例调查,对社会组织运营下的慈善超市的多元化服务模式与可持续性进行策略探究,研究发现,社会组织运营下的慈善超市的长久发展和有效运作需要从以下几点出发:准确定位、精准匹配供需、全面筹集社会资源以及链接多个利益相关群体。本研究认为社会组织运营下的慈善超市应积极发挥主观能动性,主动减少对政府的依赖,把握好慈善超市公益性和商业性的双重属性,做长久的有效公益。
Abstract: The survival and development of charity supermarkets increasingly require more diversified service models and more market-oriented operation models. The government is increasingly encouraging social organizations to operate charity supermarkets. Based on this, through case investigations, this study conducts strategic explorations on the diversified service models and sustainability of charity supermarkets operated by social organizations. The research finds that the long-term development and effective operation of charity supermarkets operated by social organizations need to start from the following points: Accurately position, precisely match supply and demand, comprehensively raise social resources, and connect multiple stakeholder groups. This study holds that charity supermarkets operated by social organizations should actively exert their subjective initiative, proactively reduce their reliance on the government, grasp the dual attributes of public welfare and commercial nature of charity supermarkets, and carry out long-term and effective public welfare.
