广东南海集体经营性建设用地入市对城乡融合发展的成效与影响
The Effectiveness and Influences of the Market Entry of Collective Commercial Construction Land on the Urban-Rural Integration Development in Nanhai, Guangdong
摘要: 文章在梳理大量文献的基础上,以县域经济体广东南海区为研究案例,对南海集体经营性建设用地入市及城乡融合发展的情况进行分析;然后运用熵权法剖析南海区城乡融合发展的现状,并分析南海集体经营性建设用地入市促进城乡融合发展的成效;再分析南海集体经营性建设用地入市促进城乡融合发展面临的瓶颈;最后提出南海集体经营性建设用地入市促进城乡融合的突破路径。文章旨在进一步促进广东南海城乡融合发展,并为其他类似城市的城乡融合路径提供参考。
Abstract: Based on the collation of a large amount of literature, this article takes the county-level economic entity, Nanhai District in Guangdong Province, as a research case, and analyzes the market entry of collective commercial construction land in Nanhai and the general situation of urban-rural integration development. Then, it measures the current situation of urban-rural integration development in Nanhai District by using entropy weight method and analyzes the effectiveness of the market entry of collective commercial construction land in Nanhai in promoting urban-rural integration development. Furthermore, it explores the key bottlenecks faced by the market entry of collective commercial construction land in Nanhai in promoting urban-rural integration development. Finally, it puts forward the breakthrough paths for the market entry of collective commercial construction land in Nanhai to promote urban-rural integration. This article aims to further promote the urban-rural integration development in Nanhai, Guangdong, and also provides a reference for the urban-rural integration paths of other similar cities.
