老年助餐服务可持续发展的路径探析——以广西南宁市为例

Analysis on the Path of Sustainable Development of Elderly Meal Assistance Services—A Case Study of Nanning City, Guangxi

摘要: 随着人口老龄化深化，老年助餐服务作为银发经济核心与养老服务关键环节，其可持续发展需依托系统理论指导。本研究以协同治理理论为框架，分析政府、市场、社会、社区等多元主体在助餐服务中的权责划分与资源整合逻辑；以服务供需匹配理论为工具，以可持续发展理论为目标导向，探索兼顾服务质量、运营效率与主体动力的长效机制。通过三大理论的协同应用，结合南宁市“长者饭堂”实践，剖析服务困境并提出优化路径，为老年助餐服务高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践指引。

Abstract: With the deepening of population aging, elderly meal assistance services, as a core part of the elderly economy and a key link in elderly care services, require systematic theoretical guidance for their sustainable development. This study uses cooperative governance as a framework to analyze the division of responsibilities and resource integration logic among multiple subjects such as government, market, society, and community in meal assistance services. At the same time, it takes the supply-demand as a tool and sustainable development as the goal orientation to explore a long-term mechanism that balances service quality, operational efficiency, and subject motivation. Through the collaborative application of the three theories and combined with the practice of “Elderly Canteens” in Nanning, this study analyzes service dilemmas and proposes optimization paths to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of elderly meal assistance services.
