《竹林寺女科证治》与《傅青主女科》在求嗣种子方面的用药规律及学术思想的异同

Medicinal Patterns and Academic Thought of “Zhulinsi Nvke Zhengzhi” and “FU Qingzhu Nvke”: Similarities and Differences in Fertility Enhancement

摘要: 目的：探讨《竹林寺女科证治》与《傅青主女科》在求嗣种子方面的用药规律，以及学术思想方面的异同之处。方法：以《竹林寺女科证治》和《傅青主女科》为检索源，搜集整理两本书中与求嗣种子相关的证治文献及方药，分析两本书在治疗不孕症的临证思想，提取所纳入的方剂方药名称，创建方药数据库，并借助中医传承辅助平台(V3.5)及SPSS软件，对高频次出现的中药展开聚类分析和关联运算。结果：在《竹林寺女科证治》中筛选30首、在《傅青主女科》中筛选26首用于求嗣种子的方剂。经聚类分析，《竹林寺女科证治》得到5个核心药物组、《傅青主女科》中得到5个核心药物组，经关联分析，推理两本著作在求嗣种子方面用药，具有潜在关联规则的中药为白术、白芍、当归、熟地、茯苓、人参、山药、甘草、山茱萸、杜仲。结论：对《竹林寺女科证治》和《傅青主女科》中治疗不孕症的文献及方药分析得出，在治疗不孕症时，重视健脾益气、滋阴养血、温肾助阳。数据挖掘结果与治疗不孕症的传统理论相吻合，合理有效。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the medication rules of “Zhulinsi Nvke Zhengzhi” and “FU Qingzhu Nvke” in the aspect of seeking offspring, as well as their similarities and differences in academic thoughts. Methods: Taking “Zhulinsi Nvke Zhengzhi” and “FU Qingzhu Nvke” as retrieval sources, the literature on syndrome differentiation and treatment and prescriptions related to seeking offspring in the two books were collected and sorted. The clinical thinking in treating infertility was analyzed, the names of the included prescriptions and herbs were extracted to create a herbal database. With the help of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform (V3.5) and SPSS software, cluster analysis and association operation were performed on high-frequency Chinese medicines. Results: 30 prescriptions for seeking offspring were screened from “Zhulinsi Nvke Zhengzhi” and 26 from “FU Qingzhu Nvke”. After cluster analysis, 5 core drug groups were obtained from “Zhulinsi Nvke Zhengzhi” and 5 from “FU Qingzhu Nvke”. After association analysis, it was inferred that the Chinese medicines with potential association rules in the use of the two works for seeking offspring were Atractylodes macrocephala, Paeonia lactiflora, Angelica sinensis, Rehmannia glutinosa (prepared), Poria cocos, Ginseng, Dioscorea opposita, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Cornus officinalis, and Eucommia ulmoides. Conclusion: Through analysis of the literature and prescriptions for infertility in “Zhulinsi Nvke Zhengzhi” and “FU Qingzhu Nvke”, it is concluded that in the treatment of infertility, spleen-strengthening and qi-nourishing, yin-nourishing and blood-nourishing, and kidney-warming and yang-assisting are emphasized. The data mining results are consistent with the traditional theory of treating infertility and are reasonable and effective.
